Getting out of a comfort zone

Going to Movie with friends in college was a favorite pass-time. It was easy to get a group together since they have time to pass. However once you are full time employed it becomes a matter of taste. People tend to become choosy and have plethora of options. College goers, even though might not like the genre of the film (say romance) would hop along, since they have nothing else to do (they are bored of studies). Employed have only weekend to spare and lot to catch up. Their favorite pass time is sleeping around, completing a book, go on a weekend trip, dinner and hanging around, and worse shopping. Getting interested people in a group to have a fun time is difficult, unless you have a common interest. Or the film is a huge hit.

I really wanted to watch Avataar in 3D, however I face an uphill task to get a group together. Being married also added to the problem. Going with my wife for Hindi Movies are okay, but English movies with their fantasy based story line is too much for her to digest. English being the main barrier. Recent films seen with my wife were - 3 Idiots and Ishqiya.

Well coming around, I am a big fan of English movies, and regularly catch them on HBO or Star Movies, however latest being only offered in multiplexes. I missed Avaatar due to this dilly dallying and now there was another fantasy based story line "Clash of the Titans". A 3D movie ought to be seen in Multiplex (I had caught up with Avaatar on Laptop). Now I really wanted to get a gang ready for the movie, or I will go alone.

ALONE? Now that is a problem, a BIG PROBLEM. What would people think of me? Maybe the girl friend ditched this person. May be he is not popular among his friends. Security guys might think may be he is scouting around, thanks to heightened security. Anyway it is really uncomfortable to watch a movie all alone in a Multiplex.

And it is also one of the most boring one. Groups talking to each other on either side and you sitting there stoned face.

However, having made up my mind, I entered the mall, walked up to the ticket counter, and order a ticket for 1. Got a "only one" look. Ignored it. Entered the hall. The person checking the tickets, sees only one ticket in hand, gave a suspicious look, having a subtle, wearing dark jeans and a t shirt, made the situation worse. Took it and walked to the seat. Group of people around. Thankfully the hall was 75% empty. But 2 groups on either side, gave me a what the hell he is doing here look. Anyway patiently sat through 10 minutes watching the trailers, waiting the movie to begin. And the movie began. Sat through it. Loved it. Movie Ends. I walked up, without giving a look to the left and right, dashes straight for the exit. However I turn back and looked at the audience. Yeah few were looking at me. I was the only single in the hall. Smiled, and left the hall.

Will I do it again. If I really like the movie, and I can't team up with someone or a group, I definitely would. I give it a damn.

However it gives me an idea. How about an app on Facebook, where people who do not have activity partners, either list them or joined such group of people who are looking forward to enjoy their activity, best which cannot be done alone. Will such app work?

But why is this post GETTING OUT OF COMFORT ZONE. In a book four hour work week by Timothy Ferris, the author challenges to get out of the comfort zone, by laying on a ground in middle of a busy street (not road, mind it). I think going alone in a hall to watch movie among so many people is akin to that.

Confessions

I am still a kid. I become friend easily. I get hurt easily. I am yet to attain the maturity. I am yet to take life seriously. I have to be organized. I have to prioritize.

I have to transform......and let it begin. NOW!!!

Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik and great Indian hypocrisy

Sania is getting married to Shoaib who is a Pakistani. Suddenly tabloids are full of assholes who are wishing these couple luck, talking of success of marriage between a Pakistani and an Indian, asking the media to leave them alone...in short an shameful attempt to influence people opinion.

Background of the story is there is an another woman Ayesha Siddiqi who claims to be the first wife of Shoaib Akhtar. Shoaib denies that. The nikah namah between the two had been signed around the year 2004.

So now for full 6 years Shoaib had not met his wife (height of celibacy) and even if he met her, no attempt had been made by him to nullify the nikah namah or take a divorce.

And if he had not divorce her, she is still his lawful wife, and assholes in Tabloids are a least bit concern for her future. Just because she is fat, she should be denied the happiness of a marriage or a companion. Did she cheated Shoaib into marrying her, then Shoaib is a dimwit and Sania has a bleak future ahead.

Whatever the case may be, it is indeed shameful, but at least I know some of the people who are hypocrites, and their names are all in the tabloid.

Right to Education

The Government has introduced Right to Education bill which promises education free education for student from standard 1 to 8. There would be no grading or stopping any one from being promoted.

This is the beauty of governance. "The make feel good" factor and "Keep poor and wanted factor" which are the two tools which guarantees re election to the power.

Why I am pessimistic of the Education Bill -
1. 50% of children in this country suffer from malnutrition.
2. Mid-day meal scheme has failed to bring students to school. People only come to have food and then leave for the day.
3. Human is a social animal, and "survival of the fittest" is applicable to this animal also. By removing competition are we are giving rise to irresponsibility where teachers as well as students won't take their jobs seriously.

I have seen how a majority of students neglect their 11th Standard exams, just because it fells between two board examinations which decides the course of the Student Life. Standard 10 exams decides the stream - Science, Commerce or Arts. And Standard 12 exams decides whether the person is going to be an Engineer, Doctor or continue with Graduation.

Many colleges promotes their Standard 11 students, so as to make way to retain more students and thus be profitable. Assured of promotion, Students neglect their studies and might go astray. Even I have been victim of such an environment where in after scoring 98/100 in Maths, due to look cool, completely ignored my second term studies and remembered walking on the streets the day when Second term exam for Maths was held.I did not appear just because of the fear of failing. I was lucky to recover because my father could afford me a private coaching class for standard 12.

Thus the policy of Government as per education leaves lot of areas unanswered and raises doubts of its success.

What is required is assurance of near about same quality of education across segment. There is significant difference in quality among high class (likes of Bombay Scottish), middle class (Fatima, St Joseph) and lower class (Municipality Schools). See class difference begins at child level only.

What is required is assurance that it would not lead to population explosion and a large pool of educated but lacking quality professionals.

What is required is assurance that there are sufficient budget available for this purpose. Already the government is reeling under the pressure of subsidy on fertilizers and gas, how come they would finance this? More Taxes or increasing the education cess.

This is nothing but a ploy of government to make middle class feel good, and keep poor, poor creating an illusion, that they are their lifeline, if not they then all these freebies would be taken away, even though these freebies are responsible for their poverty. And the rich people do not vote.

Sick of Indian Congress Government

I am sick of the Congress government.

Half of the people in this country go to bed empty stomach and yet this government has the audacity to say eat less sugar. Why not come with one-two child per family plan?

Rahul Gandhi an MP, son of a party president, president of the youth wing gets an cover of 10000 policemen, NSG commandos, why? And people and media claims victory? Its like an entire army protecting deer in the lion land, and deers come back out saying he is more powerful than the lion?

Hindu population in Bangladesh and Pakistan has dwindled, and yet Indians wants to prove they are most human people on this earth? Who are they fooling?

The Congress has time to go to Azamgarh again and again. Batla house incident. Had Rahul Gandhi or any Congressmen visited any of the family members of the martyrs of Mumbai or whose member was killed during 26/11?

Today on this auspicious day of MahaShivratri, I vow to bring Swaraj in this country and get rid of Congress, come whatever the results may be.

Gold - Should you Invest in it?

New year investment tips from the news channels. Each and every business new channel are bringing on so call "experts" to give tips to the investors throughout the country. However it has become a more of a PR exercise rather than an informative sessions.

One of the pet peeves of the so called "experts" is to sell gold to investors. Gold is a safe option, gives good return and blah blah blah..

New generation would avoid gold. Who needs them? And even if they want it, they do not want a half a kilo dangling around the neck with quarters dangling on the ears? People are opting for lightweight designs. And come on guys people want lifestyle products they can use in every day life, not something they keep in lockers. Given them a camcorder worth 40K which captures every day life on hard disk at HD resolution. A digital camera for the moments. An iPod, a printer for printing moments, a netbook, a high end mobile phone and if you are flushing with cash, a car, a 42 inch Plasma/LCD TV, a home theater.

Gold would only occupy the place in the locker, not earning interests on it. Just lying there in a corner of the cupboard or a bank locker. The money is not in circulation and hence the economy takes a beating. And who buy gold to sell it later and make profit. Repeat after me, gold is not a stock.

The only people whom buying Gold make sense is the Government, because its value would not diminish in case of currency falling. The current generation is moving from looking good, to feeling good. And when you are feeling good, you are going to look good buddy. Definitely.

I would refrain people from investing in Gold. At the most somewhere around 250 - 500 gm and that's it. Not more than that. There are places to visit, life to live.

Myths about Burqa/Hijab

To all fundamentalist - I am no fundamentalist, and this is my view not against Islam. Islam does not recommend Burqa. My guiding principle in life in my own words can be found in one of my previous posts. If you are orthodox, or close minded please do not continue. LEAVE NOW.

Muslims in India are out with knives on the issue of Mr. Sarkozy (prime Minister of France) banning burqa in their own country. Sigh.

Burqa protects the modesty of women.
A woman clad in burqa among man with evil intentions could never be protected. A rapist is a rapist and a Burqa would not stop him from committing a sin.

It protect them from eve teasers?
Eaves teasers are a product of an impotent society. They are not teasing my household women, so why should I bother. This is a wrong notion among such people. Emboldened, these

EveTeasers can one day enter your house and claim the modesty of your women, and your neighbours will think accordingly, its not my household. Just protecting from Evil eye you are
missing running on grass, enjoying waterfalls, various sports, mountaineering, para gliding, sking, enjoying the sun, and quality time with your husband in public.

Moreover revealing your face even while wearing burqa, defeats the purpose. It does.

Rape Incidents are less in Muslim Countries.
Definitely not because of Burqa. The punishment is harsh. More over the probability of a Muslim woman traveling without an Male escort is almost negligible. Also a woman, who is a victim of rape is punished heavily for speaking out. I fear whether most women report it or not.

Some more figures. Jakarta (Indonesia) police registered 2300 cases of sexual assault in 1992, 3200 cases in 1993 and 2000 in first half of 1994.

It also reminds me of class difference when a woman from Saudi Family wanted to wed an Indian Muslim. Saudi Women won't marry Indian Muslims? Even Pathan and Punjabi Muslims can't marry each other. Class differences are throughout the world.

Muslim women wear burqa by choice and not by force.
This is one dialogue that I am tired of hearing. Why is Islam on arriving in India becomes liberal. Sample this -
In Afghanistan, during the reign of Taliban (Students of Islam, who could be a better practioner than them) women who showed even an ankle would be flogged in public.
In Saudi woman are not allowed to vote, drive. Women form just 5% of workforce. Women are disallowed to work in mixed sex work places.
Women cannot ride motor cycles, bicycles.
If you support Burqa, do support the above diktat. Period.


So let the French people run the country as they want, and remember. In Rome do as the Romans do, In Saudi do as the Saudis do and in France, do as the French do.

Australia and Maharashtra

Born and bought up in Mumbai, I am a admirer of Shivaji and Tilak. I like these rebels rather the path of Gandhiji.

But what is India? India is a collection of states, whose great people have not learn a lesson from the rich history. Still divided, dim witted youngsters who form opinions without verifying facts.

ISKCON bhakts were beaten back and blue in Austria
Indians were kicked in Fiji
Indians were kicked in Nepal
Indians were kicked in Sri Lanka
Indians are being kicked in Australia

Indians are being kicked in India.

Since I am in Maharashtra, I would take this as an example. I loved Shivsena and I've voted for the party 3 times in a row. I remember the incident in which serial bomblast happened in South Mumbai in Taxis, and one UP Taxi driver had identified the culprits. It was Shiv sainiks who guarded his place, under preceived threat from those who wanted to harm or threaten the witness.

Shivsena was also spreading in India, just like it did at the time of the Maratha Empire. And now here comes an aspirant Raj Thackarey who finished it. At time when Bhagwa was to flutter once again in Delhi, it is bought to Maharashtra again. The only people who gained were Congress and NCP who would keep encouraging them. According to NCP speaking for Maratha reservation was cause of poor performance as they alienated OBC votes.

Did Shivaji stopped at after liberating Maharashtra?

When will people learn? Parat Sankranti Kosalnar kya aaplya vaarti?

It was Marathas decision to go all alone and not to take help of N Indians allies the Sikhs and the Jats was one of the reason for the debacle in Panipat.

I need a leader who says, there are 1 crore job aspirants, i would create 2 crore jobs.....no need for reservation dear, it is a sick word.

Btw Ram ate Shabri Bair. Ram kids were bought up in Valmiki ashram, and its Valmiki Ramayan which is revered most. Mauryas and Guptas ruled the country for majority time and they were Non Brahmins. The Great Indian Political Tamasha

I have just switched off the TV. I don't see any party with any specific plans for India. It is just promises. We would give rice at 2 a KG or 4 a KG. We would give you jobs, we would do, we would do this, we would do that.

After the promises are done, here comes the mud slinging. The party is old, they are fundamentalist, what happened in Kandhahar, what happened in 1984, 1992, 2002 and hell. It reminds me of a Hindi saying "Gade murde ukhadna".

Come on you politicians, we need concrete plans. How would be answer the global warming. How would you better the lifestyle. We do not mind paying 200 Rs a kilos sir, but give us job security and progress plan. We would like to be self dependent and not dependent. You are not god send gift who would subsidize things for us aam aadmi.

Frankly speaking, AAM AADMI is a big joke. To me an aam aadmi is nothing but a

• a person who is an asshole
• who leaves on subsidies of their political masters
• who has no aspirations
• who has resigned to life
• who just gets up early in morning, slogs the entire day and goes to bed to get up another morning
• who was born in India, and would die in India.
• who would just gasp at the lifestyle of rich people
• who is just worried about the morsel of food that would be sufficient enough to fill his plate.

I would be adding more to this list. Just thinking of it makes my stomach churn. Come on I need a lifestyle, I want to visit foreign lands, I want to live.

I have the potential, I am hard working, I want to be honest..... and most of the Indians are. Give us a proper concrete plans.

Lalu is an liability

Come election and people are talking about Third front with Lalu Yadav, Mulayam Singh and Ram Vilas Paswan playing a central role in it. It is common sense that these parties would not form the government, but would use their seats to bargain with party interested in forming the government at the center. And since only Congress could entertain these fools, they would of course raise their traditional shouts of "Sampradayik" (fundamentalist) slogans. Saviours of the country. Bah!! 

One thing I cannot understand in these democracy in India, people ask votes in name of religion are fundamentalist and people who ask votes in name of castes and reservations are not.

Anyway coming to Lalu, follow these sequences -

1. Rahul Raj was martyed in Mumbai.

2. Lalu asked Bihar MLAs to resign to put pressure on Central government.

3. JD(U) MLAs resigns from Lok Sabha.

4. Lalu says his MLAs won't resign until others in Bihar Legislative council also resign

What a comic, what a shame!! Come on Lalu if you are a leader, lead by example. Don't be a cry baby, first he should do and then I.

And why should Bihar Legislative council be resigning. It is for benefit of Bihar, how would that effect Maharashtra? You have to put pressure on central government, or want to meet your own selfish ends?

Lalu has not done anything great as a Railway Minister. What he has done is cost cutting at its best. Hard work of Nitish as a railway minister is paying off, and this clown is getting the credit. Seats size are reduced, Garibs don't travel in Garib rath, journey is not comfortable, and Mumbai Local trains are nothing but best left unsaid.

I hate Lalu, period.

Why should one be forced to go to court to explain the conduct?

I am not against Shivsena, I am also against Valentine Celebrations in colleges. But that does not mean I should resort to violence, file against people expressing their views.

Why can't be the Country/Politicians/Institutions stand up and clarify their views. Why not fight ideology with ideology?

If Internet can be used to express unbiased views, so can the opponent use internet to clarify their view point, ideology.

This judgment is a contempt of the liberty of people in a democratic nation. Tomorrow I express my views against some institution for some poor service, poor product, vent my frustration they would come back after me with court cases and make my life hell.

Nice way to curb freedom eh. Something has to be done.

The death of Indian Culture and Indian glory

There was article written in Outlook magazine, which explains the so call secular drama of Indian journalism. Secularism in India is not unbiased but raping of majority. So call minority appeasement has led to secluding Indians from their great culture.

Yesterday I was going through the Big Bang theory which explains the creation of universe, and found that ancient Indians knew something about it. For a common man with minimal intelligence it is very difficult to explain about Big Bang, and so also of the Indian philosophy.

I would present what was written in Rigvedas and let you take a decision for yourself -
The Hiranyagarbha Sukta announces: Hiranyagarbhah samavartatagre bhutasya jatah patireka asit, which means, Before creation existed the golden womb Hiranyagarbha, Lord of everything born. (Rig Veda 10.121.1)

Ancient texts says - Aum is the beejmantra. It is a mystical symbol. What is the sound when there is a blast? Was Aum the sound that occurred in the blast, and hence these sound is the begining?

The world was created by cosmic dance of Shiva and Shakti. Shiva is associated with bhoots, ghosts, goblins, cremeation ground, aghoris. Does not all these represents dark energy? This is what happens when a layman interprets the text, and who does not understand the concept of dark energy (Dark energy is covered in the link of Big Bang). Is Shakti the matter? Is this cosmic dance for real?

Obiviously layman would find simple answers however logically stupid acceptable rather than be confused or without complete answers. The requirement of layman are simple - what happens after death? He needs simple answers and is satisfied with a unverified facts.

Hence he is going away from Indian adhyatam, astrology, yoga because they are intellectually simulating and not so simple. Who has time for intellectual discussions, every one wants a quick fix solution. So be it. Period.

The last blog I had written was on 13th Feb. It is strange I am writing again on the same topic where I left after so many months. Raj Thackeray has grown as a big menance.

I am man with a wife and a child 3 years of age. Born and bought up in Mumbai, but what Raj has done is shameful.

I do not have any respect for general Maharashtrians who are supporting Raj and Questioning India.

Sample this question - If you stay in Mumbai, where is Mumbai? In Maharashtra, so why can't you speak Marathi?

Completely stupid question. Where is Maharashtra? Morever people learn a foreign language in 3 months, would they allow north indians? Fat chance, a bad excuse. Then it would be son of soil excuse.

Rahul Raj (boy from Patna) was a criminal, rightly killed. This is general Marathi speaking. Marathi channels showed him as a mindless person, "Mathaphir". Great, were the people indulging in violence not mindless on day of Raj Thackeray's arrest? Their anguish is anguish but not of Rahul Raj? For me he is a shaheed. A martyr.

Does any sane person believe Mumbai is a revenue generator? What if North Indians stop buyig Parle Biscuits? What if they dump all Godrej Products?

What if American say, Indians get out of our country, layoffs going in our country?

The lions I knew were Ch. Shivaji Maharaj, Dharamveer Shambhaji Maharaj, Shantaji, Dhanaji, Tanaji, Mahadji Shinde.

Today we have jackals, who does not have guts to generate income for 20 when requirement is for 10, but try to divide and rule, try to snatch food from other people mouth in the name of Regionalism.

Mumbai has not been part of Maharashtra till Independence. If Marathis are that great, why is not each and every town of Maharashtra MUMBAI?

Neither can I say UP wallahs, or Biharis are great. The reason for Mumbai success is its Cosmopolitan culture, its tolerance, and its hard working citizens. The success cannot be attributed to location, gujaratis, marathis, UP wallahs or biharis or punjabis singly.

I am also against the continuous wave of people coming in Mumbai, but there can be laws for that. Laws such as should be resident of Mumbai for 10 years or so. If we have extra jobs then migrants are welcomed, else not. Law can be an auto deterrent. Violence is not.

I have lost respect for Maharashtrians in general in the way they support Raj Thackeray. It is classical example of how people can axe their own leg like Sheikhchilli.

Maharashtrians, we were ruled by foreigners because we were not one. The blood that spilled at border was not of any regional folks, but Indians who were fighting as one. Stop this stupidity.

Raj Thackeray does not think of Maharashtra. There are cities beyond Mumbai, Vidarbha and others. His only agenda his to destroy his cousin Udhav Thackeray.

I am a Shiv Sainik. However the entire responsibility of the current situation falls on Congress which is continuing the British Policy of Divide and Rule. Congress Bharat Shoro!! Leave India.

Raj Thackeray and the Marathi Manoos

Indians are so confusing. Every one wants a heroes that runs through hails of bullets without getting hit, finally killing the villain and rescuing the heroine. Heroes that perform seemingly impossible task. Perhaps tracing back to the origin of beliefs in Gods, that Gods / demigods would take birth on this earth to rid of evil doers. The Indians themselves are not going to do anything but just suffer, suffer and suffer.

I have no problems in people suffering on their own will, but why the hell they get to follow leaders who do nothing but make ass of the people? Why invite more suffering?

Take this Raj Thackeray. He is fighting for Marathi Manoos, and he says if North Indians have to stay in Mumbai, they have to respect the Marathi Manoos!

Here is the lessons for people who follow Raj Thackeray and hope that he would deliver them from god knows what -

1. Mumbai, the city named after goddess Mumba, which is presiding deity. The temple, Mumbadevi is run by North Indians, with North Indians worshipping her and even the priest are North Indian. Didn't the North Indian accepted Marathi culture?

2. Mumbai as a state, the original inhabitants of Mumbai are Kolis and not Marathis, so a Marathi is equally an outsider compared to an North Indian. Its Kolis who should be getting the benefit rather than a Marathi who is pushing himself around.

3. Raj Thackeray is an man who wants to gather the support of Marathi Manoos to win election. He had to target one community to express solidarity with Marathi Manoos. The UPites and Biharis are bigger and the weakest organised community, what could be better target. Why not Gujaratis who have reservation for Gujuratis in colleges such as KJ Somaiya, NMIMS and other reputed institutions. Dare he do it, and Mumbai has lost his gloss and so also his pocket money. And the poor people feel that driving out North Indians would help.

4. Indians, we have one Bread for every 10 people. We have bastard netas, who forget about arranging for 10 bread, do not have the guts to produce 5 Breads, so that no body is hungry. The only way these assholes can thrive are by making people blame each other for their state and hence fight each other.

5. India as a country has provided 4800 crores for farmers in Maharashtra. Does Raj Thackeray has the guts to question why the death has not stopped? No he is equally a partner in similar crimes.

6. Raj Thackeray wants to sell land to someone at Bazar Rates to start a School for Marathi Manoos. This person does not even wants to donate the land for free. Cool.

7. Bhojpuri films are run in theatres owned by Marathi Manoos, and the entertainment tax is gathered by their so call Marathi Government.

People kick the butt of such Netas who divide and thrive. We need leaders who can generate job opportunities, leaders who have vision, leaders who are intelligent and not fools.

Shiksha Abhiyaan - What a Shame!

There is a ad running on TV these days - "Shiksha" and the patron is Renuka Sahane. The advertisement is on the behalf of ITC who coyly through

Renuka Sahane puts forward an idea - Buy ITC Products, the part of the proceedings would go to Education of children.

This is one of what I call blue collared day light robbery, in which you play with people emotions to dump your products on their head. Why don't these ITC guys come up with something say 5% of employee salary would go to the Shiksha abhiyan, 10% of the profit would go to Shiksha Abhiyan.

No they won't do it. Who would like to pay from their pockets? And what better way to get the money from gullible customers who would buy your products too, thinking they are contributing for the society.

This is the bane of our society, that voluntarily we won't take any action for poor. Some idiots have to come to scene and make use of this fact and rob us. What if each and every company claims that part of the proceeding would go to the Shiksha abhiyaan? Whom will you buy the products from?

And what part of the price are they giving out to the abhiyaan?

Say a product X from a company Y costs 10 Rs, ideally. These ITC guys charge 12 Rs for it and just make a donation of Rs 0.25 to the abhiyaan and pocket RS 1.75 for themselves?

Transparency is required in such cases. People are requested not to feel gullible and help such shameless people. No way are people benefited from such bastardly act, but only the pockets of such robbers get filled.

Say no to ITC products.

Reservation for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes in education and jobs are but a limited palliative. Even these quotas are now being opposed and sought to be whittled down. The recent Supreme Court judgement seeking to extend the creamy layer concept to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes reservation indicates how far removed from reality is the ruling order including the higher judiciary. The Left and democratic forces in the country have to accord the highest priority to taking up all the issues connected with dalit oppression and organise sustained movements against the vicious oppression of the caste system.

Most of the news channels, also reported Suvarns (Upper Caste) especially NDTV were involved in the Killings. That is the biggest lie.

Activist brushes aside DF's claim

Khairlanji in Mohadi taluka of Bhandara district has a population of 731 people spread over 181 families of whom only three belong to the scheduled caste. The rest were either kunbis or kalars, both the caste belong to the the OBC Category.

Siddarth Gajbhiye was a regular visitor to the Bhotmanges house which the Dalit resented.

In early September they assaulted him with lathis and chains and this was witnessed by the Bhotmanges who testified beofre the local police.

Some of the OBC attackers were released from police custody on Sep 29 and on the same evening they targeted the Bhotmanges for testifying agains them in the Gajbhiye assault case.

Bhaiyyalal (42) was not at home. But the mob ulled his wife Surekha and daughter Priyanka, who was studying in 12th standard and sons Rohan(19) who was visually challenged and Sudhir(21) from the house.

Surekha and Priyanka were beaten and stripped and Rohan and Sudhir were asked to perform sex with them. When they refused they were brutually beaten up and castrated. Later the two women were raped and all four of them were murdered and their bodies thrown in canal.

Thus it were OBCs who were involved. The case has been politicised so much, and hence the Government was relenting in handing over the case to CBI, so that the truth is out.

The fact remains that Upper Caste Brahmins are made a scapegoat in the power game. It is not the Brahmins who are the oppressors but the ruling caste which were kings, Britishers and now the Political parties who are the main oppressors.

The creamy layers of OBC has been clubbed along with the SC/ST to ensure a strong vote bank with SC/ST made a complete fool of. Since Independence they have not received any benefit of any sort of Reservations and other facilities. So how are Youth for Equality members wrong when they ask to empower all with Education?

In further blogs I will highlight how it was the Brahmins who helped Mahatma Phule start his school for untouchables when it was closed down and other parts played by Brahmins in upliftment of the poor and downtrodden.
